Welcome to the Blog!

Updated: Aug 2, 2022

The Yarbrough Group is excited to announce the launch of our new webpage and with it, our new blog! We will be posting weekly updates, largely written by Elaine Yarbrough, PhD, Founder and President, and Lindsay Burr Singla, MS, Partner. The posts will focus on different aspects of our expertise, experiences, and responses to events and points of view.

We will introduce different series of posts. One series will be “Making Peace with…” focusing on personal growth and development which in turn affect your leadership, conflicts, and all Another will be “Wisdom from the Elephants” based on lessons learned while Elaine was working with rescued elephants in South Africa. There will be pieces on intergenerational dynamics, leadership, and insights on what we’re noticing, and that’s just to get us started! We will also tag our posts so they are easy to locate and use as a resource.

One of the unique things you may notice is that we are mother and daughter. Our dynamic illustrates positive work between generations – we’ve no choice but to practice what we preach in terms of living authentically and working through conflict. There will certainly be blog posts focused on this as well!

We have also launched our social media sites. Please like us on Facebook and follow us on LinkedIn and Twitter (@YarbGroup).

We welcome your questions, observations, and new insights you have based on our blogs. We look forward to hearing from you as we continue to shape our contributions. Check back weekly for updated posts.

Sincerely, Lindsay + Elaine
