ABOUT  ERIKA

Erika Cospy draws on over 20 years of private and public sector experience focusing on Authentic Leadership and Client Relationships. She specializes in developing and implementing strategic oversight and helping clients develop a personal and organizational wide culture of purpose. She consults with employers to develop and implement inclusive talent practices to increase economic equity.
Her previous roles have included Senior Director, Advisory Services at Grads of Life, where she served to create career track job opportunities for overlooked young adults so they could grow and thrive personally and professionally, and Program/Project/Process Management and Improvement while serving as Senior Manager of National Community Engagement at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Earlier in her career, she also served as Financial Services Account Executive where she helped clients solve challenging problems through high-impact strategies while leading multi-million-dollar portfolio.
She has lived and worked in several regions including Los Angeles, CA, Washington, DC and Las Vegas, NV. When not at work, she enjoys traveling, learning, dancing, skating and music

She graduated with from Bennett College with a BA in Business Administration. She then obtained her MBA from University of Phoenix. She has also earned several certificates in topics ranging from Design Leadership, Project Management and Executive Business Communication.

ABOUT CATHERINE

Catherine specializes in hands-on interim Human Resources leadership, HR and administrative processes and systems development, organizational assessment and investigations, group facilitation and teambuilding for business leaders and employees.  She has designed and leads a very popular Collaborative Communication course and also has successfully facilitated multicultural and gender diversity and conflict management courses for The Yarbrough Group as well as effectively mediating conflicts and coaching executives.

ABOUT CHERIE

Cherie has extensive business background including positions in program management, diversity consultation, sales and marketing, business and organizational development, operations, and e-commerce. Her expertise includes cross-cultural collaboration, facilitation and coaching for system wide change. She also works with institutions of higher education in the development of diversity curriculum design and training. Cherie is also an elected member of the Idaho State House.

ABOUT LISA

Lisa’s special expertise in organizational development integrated with inclusive culture make her a unique resource for change at all levels, from the individual to the systems level. She was a senior Global Diversity & Inclusion executive with AXA, Microsoft, & Hewlett-Packard setting strategic direction internationally.

Lisa is on the advisory boards of Catalyst Europe and Women Internationally Networking (WIN), was a founding member of a European-based Global D&I Network (now at 60+ D&I heads from multinationals), & has been a faculty member for the Conference Board’s D&I Academy teaching new D&I leaders.

Lisa has lived in 5 countries and travelled extensively in her global roles. She was born and educated in the US (with degrees in Social Psychology and Socio-Linguistics), has worked in Europe for nearly 15 years, and lives in Germany and the US with her husband, Pawel, and her two teenage daughters, who are originally from Poland.

Mario specializes in Strategic Management, High Performance Coaching and Business Innovation Processes. He brings a kind and clear perspective when he works with his global community of clients. He helps them achieve their goals by reflecting their experiences and pushing them for introspection and growth.

 

He is a professional expert in strategic planning, business innovation processes and high performance coaching, with more than 15 years of experience in private sector companies such as The Coca Cola Company, Coca Cola Femsa, Telcel, Tricom Associates, and Edelman Worldwide. Mario also has public sector experience and worked with the United States - Mexico Chamber of Commerce, during which he lived in Washington, DC.

 

Mario currently resides in the city of Puebla, Puebla (Mexico) with his two sons.

 

Education:
Among his academic credentials, he has a degree in Communication Sciences from the Popular Autonomous University of the State of Puebla (UPAEP), and an MBA with a specialty in Finance from the EGADE Business School of the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies (ITESM). He is certified in Creative Problem Solving (CPS) and Design Thinking by the Center For Creativity Studies of the University of Buffalo, New York.

Cliff’s expertise is in human resources and organizational development. Cliff has consulted with The Yarbrough Group since 2008. Previously, Cliff was Vice President of Organizational Development and Training for The National Cooperative Bank (NCB), and spent nearly a decade serving The Washington Post newspaper as Senior Organization Development Consultant and The Washington Post Company as Corporate Manager of Human Resources, Training & Web Development.
